Blog Title 2
After finishing my cousin's blog logo, he asked if I could make one for a friend of his. Being a video game related blog, this logo simply required a classic NES controller. This was all drawn from scratch in Photoshop, using an actual NES controller I have for reference

Animation characters

A friend of mine was in a band and was going to make a music video. I started the artwork for it, but he decided not to finish the project. Here are the character models for the canceled animation.

Teaching Photoshop

I've done some volunteer work teaching Photoshop at a local grade school. Here is one example of work the kids were doing.
This was done by a 7th grader. They called it a "battle arena".

I then took the file and showed them how to blend the pieces together and color correct.

Here is a step by step build of the scene.

CD Design
I was asked by a local church quire to create the artwork for their Advent/Christmas album. Here is the art without text. This is an original Photoshop drawing. No photographs were used in this picture. Everything was hand... mouse-drawn in Photoshop.

Here's the cover with the text. The pink candle on the right was also moved to the back.

And the final product.

Tattoo Design

One of my co-workers asked if I could design their tattoo. They simply wanted their daughter's name in cursive with a butterfly on the end. I gave them a few different options since they didn't give specifics. Simple outline, warm colors, and cool colors.

Animated Blast
Just a bit of practice. Animated GIF of a small blast effect. All drawn directly in Photoshop.
